We have rot, we have bugs. Craig Lazenby, our property manager,has been patching and replacing critical structural and safety elements of our fire escape constructed in circa 1972. Craig hopes to complete the work during 2018 which will include repainting. It's been an expensive effort and extensive funded out of our operating and maintenance account..
